Break Out Pass - Handle Puck at the boards

Description

Line up players in two groups, one in each end as shown. Position one forward on the half boards on the opposite side of the face off circle. Position D below line of forwards with a pile of pucks.

On whistle D rim pucks around to forward on boards. First forward in line loops around like center. F on boards handles puck and makes backwards pass to looping center. Center takes puck down ice for shot on net. Run 5-10 reps per forward/defense combination.
