Pin Ball Passing

Description
Create teams of 5, I use the forward lines plus 2 D men to create teams.
Line 2 teams up around the circles as shown, the center of each line takes the puck.
On the coaches whistle the players start passing the puck around the circle as fast as they can while maintaining control. The puck must be passed around never sending it back to the player you received it from.
The object is to pass the puck with each players touching the puck at least 3 times, the first team to do this wins. If any player mishandles a pass or the puck gets away all players start at zero again and start counting to 3 again.
The losers do 20 push ups and give up their circle to the next team to challenge the winning team.
Notes: Use orange heavy practice pucks.
