Description

D start at blue line as forwards go behind the net and skate down 2 v 2

D stand up forwards at the blue line and turn around to get the puck.

2 new forwards break down to the walls take a pass from D

break out 2 v 2 again

Notes: Forwards should also shoot high wrist shots a few feet in from the blue line.
