Description

Position Defence at center ice and forwards in opposite corners with pucks. Start with D without sticks.

D skates to pylon and pivots to begin skating backwards. When D pivots F begins to carry puck down the ice attempting to beat the D and get a shot on net.

After the shot the D returns to center ice and the forward goes to the opposite corner and repeats against the other D line.

Switch corners at the half way point of the drill.
