Description

4 Rows on goal line.

Do edge work (both inside outside edges) to center ice (you can alternate with turn drills to center ice as well)

Player picks up a puck at center ice and stick handles around pylon all the way to goal line.

Notes: On puck handle portion, have players focus on keeping head up and side to side movement (not just a straight line to goal line).
