Description

Both sides at the same time.

X2 and X1 start together and X2 recieves a pass from X8 who starts to skate and recieves a touch pass back from X2. X8 then makes a pass to X1 who then makes a touch pass to X2 who has loop in behind X8 after the first touch pass. X2 will then drive the net and shoot. X1 and X3 should not be standing still when they recieve their passes from X8 and X5.

Notes: Both Drills are flow. After X2 shoots he then goes to the opposite corner. X1 will become X2 and X8 will become X1 and there are no stoppages.
