Description

-X1 starts skating forward, pivots and skates backwards
-Coach dumps puck in close to net
-X1 sees the dump in and pivots facing puck; skates forward to retrieve puck; turns to face up ice and passes to X2
-X2 receives and passes to X3
-X3 walks the blue line and shoots (low shoots only)
-Goalie tracks and challenges shooter while being aware of posts
-players rotate to the next position
-option: add X4 for rebounds in slot
