Description

Red D starts with puck moves behind net and passes to Green D who opens up to face him and he moves the puck to the first blue F, who moves the puck to F2, who moves to F3. When F3 gets the puck he essentially becomes the Red D and the puck is moved around in the same manner until the original Red D is back to his starting location. At that time time he begins to break the Fwds out who regroup with themselves at the far blueline and then w/both D-men. Blue Fwds attack 3v0 and D follow up for two shots from the coach. --- The drill should be done with pace and timing. All five players are constantly moving around the circle and there is no stopping once the drill begins. There must be proper spacing between all players.

Notes: The location of the D-men can be moved so that the drill is a 3v2 of the initial rush or with a regroup.
