Description
Teams are positioned around face-off circle in box with one opponant inside .
Coach gives a puck to one side , who pass around box . Players pass around to attempt to score in net . Defensive player inside box tries to recover loose pucks, rebounds or intercept pass . When defender recover puck he passes to teammate in other circle (one of four perimeter on opposite side)and they continue play . Missed passes that got to opposite side are recovered by that side and play continues on that side.
If one team scores , coach to give other team puck and they attempt to score
game can be timed , or first side to predetermined score
Notes: Defender to stay inside circle unless loose puck
Player stay in position around perimeter
Each player to make a pass before attempting to score
