Description

X's and O's are designated to the confired lanes created by the line on the ice.

Blacks go first while Blue waits then Blue goes while black waits.

On whistle X and O race out to get the puck using their body to get infront of a player

Once one of them aquires the puck starting skating in your zone while other player tries to take the puck using body, stick lifts and stick press
