Description

Station 1

X1 skates with puck around 1st pylon, Mohawks around 2nd pylon, proceeds to last pylon and makes full turn toward board and passes to X2.

In parallel, X2 skates in and times the pass to make shot on net.

X2 and X1 switch.

Switch sides after 5-7 minutes

Station 2

O1 skates forward around circle, pivots and skates backward around border.

Coach passes to O1 while player is skating backward, once O1 receives pass, player turns and shoots on net.
