Description

X1 leaves from corner without puck and skates half way around circle. Crossing over he/she will pivot (open up) to receive pass from X2/

If X1 is on his/her backhand (using this diagram he/she would be a left-handed shot), then X1 pivots to his/her left and would take 1 or 2 backward strides while receiving pass from X2.

X2 needs to time pass so that while X1 is pivoting and skating towards net he/she will receive pass in a one motion

Switch sides (move to other face off circle). 5 minutes per side
