Description

LD starts to picks up puck behind net while RW posts up at half boards to recieve pass and take to far end shot.

D stops reverses , and hits LW starts after pass and mirrios play on opposite side

D stops revereses, centre moves in reads side D is moving to and recieves pass .

Next D starts with cenrte , First D skates up ice and takes pass from next D , and sequence continues side to side , middle then breakout .

Notes: Have players return to line if odd umbers or only one goalie

Have D rim puck when on forehand against boards to have winger practice picking up puck off boards.
