Down Low Cycle.

Description
F1 has the puck down low and skates up the half wall and cycles back below the goal line.
F2 moves from scoring position to puck up the puck ONLY once the cycle is ititiated by the puck leaving the stick
F3 moves into F2 position while F1 moves to F3
Notes: All green zones are scoring zones, shoot from here if open.
Down low guy has option to either 1) cycle, 2) work the seem and shoot from top of the circle or slot 3) pass the puck infront of the net to a open player if available.
Do not cycle to just cycle, cycle to get the D men out of position, maintain possession and get a good scoring chance. This could take 1 or 5 trips around the cycle to accomplish.
