Description

Coach in the bench calls out first two skaters (usually goalies) and have them get ready. Two coaches at center line signal when they are ready with stop watches. Coach in the middle of the ice blows the whistle to start the race. Players are timed until they cross over the start/finish line. Two timers report times to bench coach to record. Once times are recorded the bench coach names next 2 players and they proceed to start line. All other players return to or remain in center ice circle.

Notes: When all players have gone and players who have fallen get to redo start again the opposite direction.
