Description

Everyone in two lines in one corner. Quick passes back and forth along boards. Outside player has puck going around first set of pylons. Inside player pivots to backwards and they continue quick passes forward and back down the middle. Bottom player has puck going around second set of pylons and pivots to forward. Other skater pivots to backwards and plays the 1-on-1 into far zone. Players form lines in the corner to the goalies left and wait for everyone to finish before starting the drill again.
