Description

- Position pylons at the face off dot as well as one at each of the 2 blue lines and center line as shown (same on both sides of the ice)
- Line up players in both corners as shown
- Have players weave through the pylons as shown with pucks

Progression
- Have players move through pylons executing tight turns
- Have players move through pylons executing pivots
- Have players move through pylons executing fakes
- switch sides
