Description

- Have players line up in opposite corners
- Place a pylon at the top of the face off circle
- Coaches at far blueline opposite line of players

First player in each line skates to center line and open up depending on which way they shoot. Coach hits player with pass. Player then skates towards the pylon, executes a move and then takes a shot on net.
