Description

Forwards and defensemen at boards blueline. D skates and pivots backwards and gets a pass from forward. Forwards skates and pivots receives pass from d skates up take shot on net next forward and d same thing. F1 stays on screens goalie. After second forward takes shot and F1 screens. F1 and F2 screen. D skates into zone. Coach in corner passes puck to the D. D skates across and takes a shot on net with the forwards screening. Both sides going at the same time.
