Description

Line up players at the blueline as shown.
Coach positions themselves at the blueline with pucks.

On whistle player closest to center ice leaves line and skates around center face off dot. After completing this loop they then loop around the 2 pylons positioned within the offensive zone face off dot. Coach then plays puck along the boards. Player picks up puck along the boards and carries to the front of the net for a shot.

Switch sides and repeat
