Description

Break forwards into 2 groups and line each group up at the blueline facing the net.
Coaches on either side of the goalie, behind the goalline and with pucks
Place pylon just below face off dot

On whistle X1 skates town and pivots at pylon and then gets to the boards. Coach rims puck along the boards. X1 picks up puck and passes to X2. X1 loops through zone and gets return pass from X2. X2 takes a shot on net.
