Description

Coach at the hash marks with pucks
Players line up along boards with top of the line closest to the coach.
Position 2 pylons as shown, one in the face off circle and the other near the blueline.

First player in line skates backwards to first pylon and exchanges passes with coach. At pylon player pivots and skates towards 2nd pylon. Player then exchanges passes with coach. After this passing exchange player loops around high pylon and drives the net. Coach passes to player who goes for a quick release.

Repeat on other side.
