Double Over Speed 1/3 Rink

Description
-Players are split into 2 lines
-Players X1 & O1 start the drill at the same time
-Players X1 & O1 skate forward and around the far net from their line
-After cutting around behind the far net, players will receive a pass from their original line (X2 pass to X1, O2 pass to O1)
-Players X1 & O1 will then take a quick shot on net & continue skating towards the net
-Players X1 & O1 will then cut around behind the net and skate back towards the far net
-After cutting around the net they just shot onto, players will receive a pass from the opposite line from which they started (X2 pass to O1, O2 pass to X1) and then shoot on net.
-Drill finished with X2 and O2 starting next.
