Description

Two lines on ice. One on bench to start.

Pucks with coach and in far corner

On whistle. Play 5 on 5 in zone...

On second whistle a coach spots a puck in high DZ or NZ the attacking team has to retreat and regroup. The defending team moves up the ice into a NZ 4 Check (using either 2 -3 or 1-4)

On 3rd Whistle the defending team carries puck down ice for a shot and rebound.. and then two passes back to D for Shot with net pressure.
At same time The attacking line now sets up to play for D and a new new line sets up for O
