Diagram 1: F1 throws a rim into Ozone, F123 attack net 3on0 while D1/2 skate down ice passing back & forth 4 times then shooting on net with a one timer (1T)
Diagram 2: Coach light rims puck into zone w/3 F's while D1/2 gap up ice. F123 complete a zone exit and head up ice 3on2 against D1/2 and complete a 3on2 attack. As the group passes the centre line, D3 skates down ice the opposite way, receiving a pass from coach and shooting on net.
Diagram 3: On whistle, D3 gaps up ice to be prepared to play a 3on1.
F123 swing out to complete a zone exit back down ice. In the diagram, F3 swings outward and receives a pass from C1 in the corner. F123 head down ice 3on1 against D3. After passing, C1 takes off down ice and acts as a backchecker for D3 against F123.
D1/2 peal out, with the diagram showing D2 picking up a puck and reversing it to D1 behind the net. D1 spins up the wall w/puck while D2 spins up otherside and to high slot. D1 completes a pass to D2 who shots a one timer shot on net.
Notes: Start with Defenders using upside down sticks and progress to proper sticks.
