Description

Skating Race
1)The first player of each line starts at the same time.
2)The coach drop a puck to the midle.
3)Then it's a little race.

Quick Compete
1) On whistle, first player from each line skates full speed to the near cone and stops
2) Coach nudges puck into the middle of the zone
3) Both players compete for puck
4) First player to gain posession is on offense, the other player then trys to prevent the first player from scoring

Relay Race
1) Split group into two teams. Place 1/2 of each team in each corner.
2)On coaches signal,X5 and O5 start with puck.
3)Figure 8 around cones then weave cones in middle.
4)Straight to goal line on opposite side.
5)Next teammate leaves once across goal line.
6)Object is to get all teammates to the opposite corner they started in.

Goalie Station
1) Coach works on specific goalie related skills.
