Zig Zag Passing

Diagrams

Description

Distribute players into each circle. With one puck, have player (X1, for example) pass to X4. Once he/she passes to X4, X1 must skate hard to X4's spot and assume position.

Simultaneously, X4 passes to another player (in this example, X2) and then assumes his/her position.

The drill is continuous with players moving quickly to another players spot after the pass.

Notes: Hard passes to each player. Don't let player just stand in the spot he/she assumes. Have them be ready for another pass. The drill is intended to move quickly, so take a break after 45 seconds
