Forward-Backward Puck Control Drill

Description

Players line up in the corners. Going one at a time, and while carrying a puck the entire way, players skate forwards to a cone in the neutral zone, transition backwards to a cone down low, transition forwards to another cone in the neutral zone, then do a hockey turn before heading down the slot for a shot on goal.

Notes: Drill can be modified to make it a race drill
