Description

On whistle 3 players enter circle.
Skate inside circle changing direction and avoiding other players.
On whistle 1st 3 players move to center ice circle and continue same pattern. 2nd group of three enters 1st circle.
Drill continues until all players have completed all circles.

Notes: Center circle will have six players fighting for space starting with 5th group. Do twice.
