Description
*Drill starts with D skating in and getting low to high pass from F in corner and shoots on net.
– D skates forwards to red line, pivots backwards to blue line and gets a pass from blue F. Blue F takes 5 hard strides before passing. D quick up to blue F who goes down for shot and then stops for net shot screen.
– D gaps up around circle & when they hit the redline the red F takes 5 hard strides before passing. D quick up to red F who goes down for shot with blue F screening.
- Red F then moves to net front and blue F goes to the corner to retrieve a puck and passes to the D entering the zone to restart and keep the drill continuous.
– D always go the same direction and both sides going at same time.
