Description

F1 passes to far D. D skates in a little and shoots (or one-timer), F1 skates around cone and gets rebound.F1 skates to corner, picks up another puck and passes back to point who takes another shot, F1 crashes net and tries for rebound. As many times as possible in 30 seconds. Uses both sides of ice if possible. Change D with each F.
