Description

Coach dumps puck in corner. O1 skates to puck while O2 goes behind net opposite corner, O3 supports puck in high slot. O1 passes to O2, O3 moves over to support O2 while O1 moves to low slot. O2 passes to O3 who shoots or back door pass to O1 while O2 crashes net for rebound.

Notes: progression - add in 1 D - each player reads D and adjusts passing attack to avoid attacking player - ie/ O1 passes directly to O3, or O2 passes back to O1 (O3 shifts back across to support O1), etc. Coach instructs D to either attack O1 in the corner, cover O2 in the corner, or cut off passing lanes to O3.
