Description
Set up 4 cones as shown just inside the Blue lines
Split all the players up and send to all 4 corners with pucks in each conner.
On the coaches whistle 01 blue & 04 yellow skate out of the zone and receive a cross ice pass on the fly from the players in the opposite corners as they are leaving the zone ( this pass must be made behind the cones and received behind the Blue line.
At full speed players with pucks skate over the red line and make a cross ice pass to players waiting in the opposite corner of the end they are skating towards.
Once each passes their pucks they go to the outside of far cone and cut towards the net, player with the puck now hits the crossing player for a one time shot.
Once the original skaters pass the 2nd cone the next 2 players from opposite corners do the same drill.
Its very important all players pay attention when standing in lines to receive and make passes at the appropriate time to keep drill flowing
