Multiple Element Cone Drill

Description

This drill incorporates multiple elements into one single drill. Players line up near the red line. One at a time, the the player skates forward accross the ice along the redline, transitioning backwards around a pilon. Player then skates backwards accross the neutral zone, again transitioning forward around a pilon at the blue line. Player then pick up a loose puck, skates with it along the blue line, passes to a coach on the far boards, then does a hockey turn at the far end of the blue line. Player receives a return pass from the coach, skates around the final pinal, and takes a shot on goal from the slot.
