Description

Whistle Start:

- Split skaters into 3 groups on wall
- 1st player in line from each line leaves on whistle and skates route
- 2nd player in each line gives pass to 1st player who skates down and shoots ( 3 shots 1 from each line.

- 1st players then turn back up ice and receive second pass from 2nd player go down and shot at other end. Return to a different line
