Forecheck Progressive Both Ends

Description

One line prepares for a shoot in to break out.

A second line stands in center circle waiting to set up the forcheck in a progression
On a 1-2-2 the first F is the F1 they dump the puck to the soft corner and then rush to cut the ice in half. The line breaks out and passes to a new F. He assumes F1 and does the same as the prior. The former F1 is now F2 and closes down Half board.
Line breaks out, and passes to a third F. who enters and acts like F1 , the former F2 is now F3 and the Former F1 is a new F2. This time the two D set up and it is a 5 on 5
F1 Inside Out

F1 becomes F2 who takes away strong side

Then become F3 who is high in the slot

Notes: 1-2-2 F1 inside out
2-1-2 F1 out side in (force d to D
