Description

Player 1 with puck and ahead of player 2 ( back-checker) . On whistle both players start .
Player 1 skates small obstacle course to take puck to net , player 2 back checks and prevent shot
Coach or player in corner available if back checker catches up to play , X1 can pass , dive to net for return pass .

Notes: Back checker to be defensive side
Driving net give target for return pass .
Pivot , drive , body position to get open for pass , tip in , deflection .
