Description
DRILL 1: Control Puck with Feet (Red light - Green Light)
- Players cross ice using feet to control the puck. Keep puck in feet at all times, try get head up!
DRILL 2: One Foot Stop
- Place Pylons across neutral zone as shown. Player skates to pylon executes one-foot stop (spray snow on pylon) and then uses T-Push to start and continue to next pylon.
