Description

Drill starts with player on opposite side of the rink and opposite ends of the ice. All players carry a puck throughout the drill.

-Players skate up to pylon 1 and backwards pivot outward to the middle
-Players backwards sprint to pylon 2 and forward pivot inward
-Players forward sprint to pylon 3 and backwards pivot outwards to the boards
-Players backwards sprint to pylon 4 and forward pivot inward
-Players then sprint forward to pylons 5 & 6
-Players weave through pylons 5 & 6, going inwards around 5 and outwards around 6
-Players then cut to the net and take a shot on net
