Description

Players play 3 on 2 in zone. Defensive team has a third player high, outside of zone, who can skate between faceoff dots. When defense gains control they can make a pass to third player high and skate out of the zone. High player must then pass back to one teammate who then skates over the red line and dumps into attacking zone.

Team that dumps then attacks the puck for a 3 on 2.

Drill is continuous.
