Description

#1 Run the gauntlet. 75% hitting. Go each direction twice. Stay close to the boards.
#2 1 v 2. Start from center (going both ways/two pairs of D) and skate in to try to score. Let them make the mistake of not going wide before reminding them. Instruct D to take the body and let the partner pick up the puck. Watch chest, take the inside shoulder, stick on puck but don't look at the puck (close gap, stop/block, pop, hold, push back).
#3 Resume the full breakout from the last drill but w/ full checking and have D stay back, 3 F's rush up ice into 3 v 2. hoping they'll use the triangle... Go both ways to use 2 pairs of D. Trade if needed.
