Description

3V3 game with no net. Goalie can be taking shots from coach during this.

Coach dumps in puck and O has to pass to each player then to coach for a point. If turned over then that team needs to get a touch by all 3 then to the coach. Losers do 5 burpees. Use 3 "gates" is they aren't moving.

Notes: Move your feet and get open! D pick up the loose man and cover him!

If time permits we go 2v1 for 2 min. We can use each corner. Pass/get open.
