Description

Defensemen skate in around the first cone, perform a pivot around the first cone, and continue forward skating to the second cone, where he/she will perform a forward facing pivot and continue to the 3rd cone skating backwards, then make a pivot at the 3rd cone and skate forwards. Go through the other way and then ad pucks, with passing around the first cone, and receiving after the second cone.
