Description

First player in the x line goes on coaches comand. The first in the o line passes as the x player reaches the top of the circle. The x player catches the puck and shoots it on net. The o line starts as soon as the pass is madeand repets the x line. Player switsh line after shot.

Notes: Progression players skate backwards to the top of the circle transion and recieve pass.
