Description

Coach dumpes the puck into the zone. Both teams go after the puck the team that is in the neutral is on offence the team in the zone is on defence. Once the defence team moves the puck to the neutral zone the hole team has to get to the neutral zone and they switch to offence(I give them 5 secound to regruop wtih out pressure). The offence switches to defence. The offence brakes back in and the play conntinues.

Notes: Once your players have done this half a dozen time you can remove the 5 secound in neutral zone wirh ou pressure
