Chip and Speed

Diagrams

Description

coach starts by dumping the puck into the corner and then moves down between blue line and top of circle to force a bank pass to exit the zone.
D starts skating backwards and turns skates forward and retrieves the puck.
F1 skates to hash marks and curls and positions themselves for pass from D.
D passes to F1 and F1 skates up ice making a bank pass around the coach to F2 who curls towards F1 giving puck support and someone to pass too..

Notes: you could always have this drill turn into a 2 on 1 using half ice allowing both ends to be used.
so F1 and F2 would curl out over blue line and go back 2 on 1 against D from the same end they just left.
