Description

F from each end begin simple 1 on 1.
On whistle forwards stop and go 1 on 1 is opposite direction against other D.
Coach can blow whistle as often as desired to keep forcing D to step up and close gap.

Notes: D should be moving and pivoting up and down, not just standing at blue waiting for forward.
