Description

#1 - Player starts doing tight turns with puck control, skates up to blue line and passes to coach
#2 - Player lateral skates to boards, then
#3 - Player stick checks coach to steal puck, then
#4 - Player skates up to next blue line and lateral skates to boards, then
#5 - Player starts transition skating and pivots to forward skating back down length of ice and then
#6 - Player takes shot on net and restarts drill.

Notes: Mirror and flip the drill to run it on both sides of the ice.
