Description

X1 skates a few strides and passes to X2 - X1 assumes X2 position

X2 crossovers, skates and passes to X3 - X2 assumes X3 position

X3 skates and passes to X4 who is timing the play as he/she skates around the circle to accept pass from X3.

X4 goes in for shot and then goes back in line where X1 started the drill.

The drill constantly moves in counter clockwise position.

Switch sides and start from other corner after a few rounds.

Notes: X4 to receive pass on either forehand or backhand
