B/O Regroup 3v1 Flow

Description

D1 goes into either corner and grabs a puck
D1 takes puck behind net and either reverses for B/O Pass to RW, or continues for B/O pass to LW. Centre supports.
Forwards break out of zone and pass down ice to D3
Then F's do NZ regroup and go back 3v1 against D1.
After D3 passes to regrouping forwards he goes into corner and the drill starts over with B/O to C2, LW2 and RW2.
Drill runs continuous.

Notes: On the regroup, have the C switch lanes with one of the wingers. This will get them used to "filling the lanes".

Monitor the 3v1 attack to ensure that they execute properly.
